In my opinions, Insomnia may cause problems during the day, such as tiredness, a lack of energy, difficulty concentrating, and irritability. Due to these problems of course we as a student probably distracting on this situation and feel a bit more emotional when it affected to our healthness. Isn't it guys?
tx Susianti. By the way, implied on that, we always tends easy to feel more emotional when something goes wrong eventhough in small matter . Is it right su? hmm such as me, if i had not enough sleep and wake earlier in the morning to attend my class it will totally makes me to be more emotional and not in mood due to headache and sleepy while lecturer giving their lectures and explainations on their teaches.
as we know nengcy, some people with insomnia may complain of difficulty falling asleep or waking up frequently during the night. the problem may begin with stress. when we thing too much, it will affected to our daytime sleep.

i totally agree with you nengcy... if we dont have enough sleep, it will affect our emotions.. this situation will spoiled our day...!!
